Job Summary
An administrative services company serving the healthcare industry needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Operations Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide coaching, training, workload, and direction to department staff with the support of the department supervisor
- Focus on mastering the subject area and obtaining and fine-tuning leadership skills
- Assist staff in meeting individual and team quality expectations
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-year experience conducting training, leading a team, or performing a similar function
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of CMS standards, ISO standards, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
- Advanced level of PC skills
