A healthcare solutions company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Outreach Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making outbound and receives inbound calls providing detailed information about eligibility services
- Interpreting and explaining information such as eligibility requirements and application details
- Clarifying eligibility data with patient or member
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Strong computer ability to navigate Windows-based screening system effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to track/monitor/retrieve information on calls
- Understanding of the management of call queues
