A digital healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Paralegal in Atlanta.
Must be able to:
- Manage complex legal related projects and workflows
- Maintain and update legal templates, policies, and process documents
- Assist with projects related to corporate governance, subsidiaries, compliance, corporate finance and development
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 - 6 years of experience working as a paralegal, program manager or legal assistant
- Solid problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
- Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
