Job Summary
A health technology company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Patient Access Representative.
Must be able to:
- Identify payer source and verifies insurance eligibility
- Obtain current patient information for established and new patients
- Review scheduling system for needed updated demographics and consent forms
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven understanding of Microsoft operating systems required
- A minimum of 1 year experience in contact center or healthcare is required
- Typing speed of a minimum of 25 wpm
