Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Patient Account Representative in Orlando.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
• Identifying problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum one year related experience preferred, preferably in healthcare
