A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Patient Contact Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting established outbound activity and patient contact goals
- Conducting patient interactions
- Maintaining HIPAA compliance in conducting patient care responsibilities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- MA, LPN, RN, BSN, or other qualified healthcare credentials
- Ability to conduct a high volume of patient contact attempts
- Understanding of and applied use of medical terminology
