Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Patient Engagement Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing data entry and complete written documentation of calls
• Maintaining department productivity levels for customer satisfaction and performance goals
• Conducting outreach to qualified patients in a confidential manner with strict adherence to policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of MS Word (modifying documents) and MS Excel
