Job Summary
A behavioral health company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Patient Engagement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making outbound calls for prospective patients and matching patients with the correct provider
- Ensuring that the patient receives a detailed explanation of services
- Owning, managing and converting an assigned referral base
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous experience and success in exceeding individual and team goals
- Excellent data-entry and communication skills
- Working knowledge of the mental health or general healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
