Job Summary

A non-profit, faith-based healthcare system is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Patient Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Manage non-clinical COVID 19 Community calls
  • Provide support by communicating with both the healthcare team and the patient/family
  • Identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Previous work history that demonstrates basic office and computer skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values
