Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Patient Services Liaison.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive a high level of customer satisfaction with patient services
  • Deliver exceptional operational service to customers,
  • Improve the patient experience throughout their journey

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and Nursing Degree (RN, NP, PA)
  • Licensure in state
  • 3+ years of experience with Complex Specialty products
  • Must pass all required company certifications and/or oral board exams as needed
  • Must adhere to all company policy and compliance regulations
  • Understanding of patient privacy laws including HIPAA and similar state laws
