Job Summary

A business process solutions, operations management, and analytics consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Payment Analytics Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Create and execute OKRs and strategy from inception to delivery
Be accountable for specific KPIs with ongoing tracking and reporting on performance to stakeholders
Set ambitious and clear solution vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit

Required Skills:

Healthcare industry expert in the Payment Integrity/FWA and payer analytics space
Experience with digital solutions such as AI/ML, NLP and RPA
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Experience and working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, CMS, commercial/BCBS payers
Excellent communication and organization skills with proven record of delivering outstanding results
