Job Summary
A business process solutions, operations management, and analytics consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Payment Analytics Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create and execute OKRs and strategy from inception to delivery
- Be accountable for specific KPIs with ongoing tracking and reporting on performance to stakeholders
- Set ambitious and clear solution vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit
Required Skills:
- Healthcare industry expert in the Payment Integrity/FWA and payer analytics space
- Experience with digital solutions such as AI/ML, NLP and RPA
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience and working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, CMS, commercial/BCBS payers
- Excellent communication and organization skills with proven record of delivering outstanding results
