Job Summary

A developer of payment processing products for the healthcare industry has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Payment Processing Senior Process Improvement Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Own the project management process
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of all projects and scopes, working directly with technical/business personnel
  • Create visibility, establish clear expectations, and effectively communicate the project status, scope, and risks

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BA or BS degree in Business Administration or a related field or four or more years of relevant experience
  • Four or more years of relevant experience using and applying process improvement best practices/techniques
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Visio (or other flowcharting applications)
  • Ability to develop and maintain an accurate strategic plan or project roadmap that aligns to the business strategy
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate and present appropriately to all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes
