Job Summary
A developer of payment processing products for the healthcare industry has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Payment Processing Senior Process Improvement Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the project management process
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of all projects and scopes, working directly with technical/business personnel
- Create visibility, establish clear expectations, and effectively communicate the project status, scope, and risks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA or BS degree in Business Administration or a related field or four or more years of relevant experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience using and applying process improvement best practices/techniques
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PPT, Word, and Visio (or other flowcharting applications)
- Ability to develop and maintain an accurate strategic plan or project roadmap that aligns to the business strategy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate and present appropriately to all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes
