Job Summary

A healthcare organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare People and Culture Director in Austin.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serving as the primary human resources contact for all of our team members
• Smoothing onboarding and training of all new hires
• Furthering development and optimization of onboarding and new hire training process

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience as Human Resources (HR) Director or Manager
• PHR OR SHRM-CP Certifications preferred but not mandatory
• Recruiting / talent acquisition
• People management / employee relations
• Leadership - you have vision and can create well thought out plans
• All other requirements necessary for this position
