Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Pharmacy Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide the customer with related information to answer the unasked questions
- Engage, consult and educate members based upon the member’s unique needs
- Answer questions and resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in a production environment
- Demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- High School or GED equivalent
