Job Summary

A healthcare data company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Plan Support Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating personalized recommendation documents (Support Plans) for each unique patient's needs
• Completing custom resource searches as required to address the full breadth of patient's needs
• Recommending operational and process enhancements to improve the quality of support plan development

Required Skills:

• Adherence to HIPAA guidelines
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal; a fluency in English is required
• Technical competencies including computer skills, attention to detail, adherence to processes, data entry
• Minimum three years of strong call center experience (inbound and outbound)
