Job Summary
A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare PPO Insurance Product Business Consultant in Rancho Cucamonga.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and managing Microsoft Project Plans
- Documenting Microsoft Visio work flows and processes accurately
- Preparing and facilitating work sessions with business operational owners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to develop communication and change management strategies
- Program experience: Microsoft:(Visio, Excel, Word, Project, Outlook, Teams)
- At least a year of related computer experience
- Candidate needs to understand customer service model (call-center)
- Bachelor's degree Preferred or 4 equivalent years of experience
