A pharmaceutical research and consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Privacy Compliance Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring that existing and future offerings comply with privacy obligations
- Providing privacy operational leadership to the Privacy Compliance Team
- Implementing the direction of the Privacy Champion process change
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8 years relevant experience
- 5 years experience working close and/or leading healthcare privacy compliance programs and teams
- Experience with privacy laws and regulatory guidance
- An understanding of data protection and privacy laws and regulations
- Previous experience working in a data analytics environment
- Ability to understand data use agreement administrative controls
