Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Product Service Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading product teams to deeply understand customer/user behavior, pain points, desires
- Creating low and high-fidelity designs and prototypes for new products and services
- Clearly identifying assumptions and working to creatively test them
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness to travel (once that's safe again)
- 3+ years designing in healthcare, ideally for practitioner-facing solutions like EHRs, clinical pathways, etc.
- 7 years experience designing products and/or services in a human-centered approach
- A BS/MS degree in human factors, design, psychology, sociology or equivalent experience
- Proven visual design and creative development skills
