A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Product Support Analyst.

- Responding promptly and accurately to incoming customer inquiries
- Applying superior product knowledge in answering questions on functionality and best practices
- Acting as assigned customer's primary point of contact on all needs related to their casework
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-5 years of call center experience
- Business Experience
- Experience with Salesforce is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and troubleshooting skills
