Remote Healthcare Product Support Representative

Job Summary

A privately-held healthcare technology solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Product Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a manner consistent with department protocol
• Provide answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps
• Improve client references by writing and maintaining documentation

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in a call center environment resolving customer issues
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc)
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to participate in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues
• Ability to improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes
