Job Summary
A medical technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Products Support Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Direct telephone calls or written inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Maintain log of incoming "hotline" calls
- Answer non-technical or basic technical questions regarding company products
Qualifications for this position include:
- Good PC skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility
