Job Summary
An outsourced healthcare service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Program Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide guidance on the strategy and tactics for program implementation
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify, develop and manage efficient, revenue generating strategies
- Provide counsel to clients and assigned staff to develop programs and address issues in a legal and regulatory compliant manner
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated analytical skills and sound decision making abilities
- Experience in roles requiring contracting and budget management, fiscal accountability
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Telecommunications, Marketing or related field or equivalent
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- A practical understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
- Experience working in a call center environment
