An online network for healthcare and insurance markets is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create program plans and initiatives that continually improve the long term success of the program
• Meet time, volume, and quality goals of the program
• Resolve as many obstacles in the program to keep the teams moving

Qualifications Include:

• Excellent Leadership and planning skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fast and Ambitious Learner
• Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years experience in managing programs
• Experience and/or certifications in, Agile, Lean or other traditional (PMP) methodologies
