Job Summary
A life sciences company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Program Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to incoming calls and faxes, identify how best to assist
- Documenting calls in appropriate tracking systems, and handle/escalate calls per established procedures
- Assisting with training new team members by shadowing/reverse shadowing them and serving as a data checker
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to express thoughts and instructions clearly in both verbal and written communication
- Must be able to educate patients on the available options as appropriate
- Must have a calm and friendly demeanor
- Must be able to place follow up calls and respond to enquiries from patients
