Job Summary
A privately-held consulting firm specializing in healthcare IT and population health has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Proposal Manager in Balitmore.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning, developing and preparing of proposals
- Collaborating with the capture team to gain an appropriate understanding of the sales strategy
- Managing Proposal SharePoint Site(s)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience managing proposal staff in an Agile environment
- Experience in a team environment working with senior management
- Demonstrated success in closing business with CMS or DHS
- Knowledge of and successful execution of federal price to win strategies
- Proven and verifiable track record of winning new business contracts greater than $50M within CMS or DHS
- Knowledge of the DHS/Federal Civilian acquisition/procurement process
