Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing inbound and/or outbound phone based customer service
  • Providing first call and/or email resolution, as well as caller education
  • Following up, resolving and documenting issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must pick up equipment
  • One (1) year previous customer service experience
  • PC skills to include the ability to navigate and keyboard through a variety of systems
  • Demonstrated positive tone of voice and empathy with caller
  • Knowledge and understanding of medical, pharmacy guidelines and policies
