Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing inbound and/or outbound phone based customer service
- Providing first call and/or email resolution, as well as caller education
- Following up, resolving and documenting issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must pick up equipment
- One (1) year previous customer service experience
- PC skills to include the ability to navigate and keyboard through a variety of systems
- Demonstrated positive tone of voice and empathy with caller
- Knowledge and understanding of medical, pharmacy guidelines and policies
