Job Summary

A healthcare professional staffing agency is seeking a Remote Healthcare Provider Customer Success Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Perform service and sales through phone and email communications
  • Own a client roster and provide top-level service and support
  • Communicate enthusiasm for the product and promote it, without losing authenticity

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of full-time work experience working/training for a SaaS company
  • Ability to interact comfortably with executives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including data analytics with Excel
  • Ability to understand a process/functionality and communicate that to a novice
