Job Summary

A physician group and practice management company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Provider Enrollment Manager in Clearwater.

Must be able to:

• Design and maintain workflows to ensure that all new hires are enrolled with Government plans and any other payor as needed for all states
• Communicate trends and issues with government plans and/or any other payor to Director and other departments as needed
• Ensure all systems and databases are current, with most accurate requirements according to state/federal/payor regulations

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University
• 3+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ year of supervisor or management experience
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Enrollment, Practice Management, or Revenue Cycle Management software
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
