Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Provider Partnerships Associate Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Creating and executing a national network development strategy
Being accountable for network performance
Managing direct reports including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Minimum of 10 years in managed care network, provider relations, or partnerships as well as leading and managing teams
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, four years of professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education
Experience developing and delivering high customer service/satisfaction experience
Experience yielding significant transformation and behavior change from partners through previous leadership initiatives
Experience in highly regulated environments involving CMS oversight and audits
Experience in monitoring budgets successfully with a strength to uncover divergent solutions
