A managed care organization has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Provider Relations Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring provider directory issues and collaborate on resolution with other operational and functional areas
- Leading the cross-functional provider directory accuracy process
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Detail oriented, ability to work in “gray areas” towards a solution
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
