Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Provider Relations Representative.
Must be able to:
- Work with team to solve complex problems
- Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives
- Solve moderately complex problems on own
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma/GED or
- 5+ years of managed care or medical insurance experience
- 2+ years of experience with managed care or medical insurance
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or provider support role
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently
