Job Summary

A provider of business solutions for the healthcare industry is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Provider Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Estimate member’s out of pocket expenses for select procedures or services
• Verify member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, and claim payment/statuses for providers

Required Skills:

• Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
• Minimum of one year of recent experience working for a health plan as a Provider Service Representative
• Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
