Job Summary
A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Provider Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding end to end provider and member journey
- Assisting in call auditing to help enhance call quality and identify opportunities for improvement
- Supporting new provider portal implementations and assist in user acceptance testing
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of managed care or medical insurance experience
- 1+ year experience in a claims or provider support role
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft programs including Excel and Word
