Job Summary

Performing quality reviews of medical records, the full-time Remote Healthcare Quality Analyst will validate coding accuracy and ensure compliance with established criteria while working remotely in a temporary position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Validate coding rejections against medical documentation and identify charts for further review
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements while meeting productivity expectations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of quality assurance experience in healthcare operations
• Experience reviewing various types of medical records
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a remote environment and learn new computer applications
