Job Summary

Performing quality reviews of medical records, the full-time Remote Healthcare Quality Analyst will ensure accuracy and compliance while working remotely in a temporary position for a duration of 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of medical records to verify accuracy and compliance with established criteria
• Validate coding rejections against medical documentation and identify charts needing second-level review
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements while meeting productivity expectations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience in healthcare operations
• Experience reviewing various types of medical records
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
