Remote Healthcare Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Remote Healthcare Quality Analyst will perform medical records reviews to ensure coding accuracy and quality, validate coding rejections, and support process improvements within a collaborative quality assurance team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of medical records using established criteria to ensure accuracy
• Validate coding rejections against medical documentation and identify charts requiring additional review
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance while meeting productivity expectations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of quality assurance experience within healthcare operations
• Experience in reviewing various types of medical records
• Proficiency in Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
