Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Quality and Care Model Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate quality reporting and quality monitoring procedures in clinics
• Use data and outcomes to inform clinical operations workflows
• Provide training, both in person and remote, for clinical staff

Required Skills:

• Able to travel at up to a .25 FTE
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in an outpatient healthcare setting.
• Comfortable looking at charts and spreadsheets
• Experience with quality, auditing, EHR or documentation training, accreditation, and/or patient experience
