Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Quality Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Directing and supervising quality staff
  • Analyzing HEDIS, STARS, CAHPS and HEDIS-like data to ensure measurement accuracy
  • Implementing and maintaining the enterprise STAR quality improvement program

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Demonstrated experience with healthcare industry standards including HEDIS, STARS and NCQA
  • 5 years of experience in health plans
  • Bachelors: Business Administration
  • 2 years of experience overseeing HEDIS/STARS Production for a health plan
  • Coding experience
  • Strong project management skills
