Job Summary
A hospital and healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare RCM Director .
Must be able to:
- Oversee designated Revenue Cycle Management domestic and offshore staff to ensure all insurance claim denials are worked within timely filing and reprocessed for future payment
- Collaborate with management staff on the front-end to establish system edits and processes that will lead to decreased denial percentage
- Work with mid-level managers to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance Indicators for RCM offshore staff
Skills and Requirements Include:
- An associate degree from an accredited college
- Five (5) years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management or proven related experience
- Relevant experience in health care administrative, financial, insurance customer services, claims, billing, home health
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence
