Job Summary
A company that designs electronic health records needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Records Quality Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting chart quality audit checks
- Performing preceptor role for reviewers
- Coordinating and monitoring reviewer competency, progress and remediation as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Performs onsite orientation as needed
- A minimum 5 years of progressive home health leadership experience
- Experience in a quality assurance
- Home Health coding and OASIS certification
- Solid aptitude for adult education
- Full working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as audio conference applications
