Job Summary
A healthcare provider network needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a talent pipeline through sourcing and networking
- Developing and implementing consistent communication strategies to engage internal and external customers
- Developing strategies around sourcing and hiring candidates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of three years of recruitment experience is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
- Prior healthcare recruitment experience is ideal
- Proficiency in computer based programs such as MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, online resume mining/sourcing, internet job boards and interactive media tools
