Job Summary
A healthcare services provider has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing hiring managers and leaders with recruitment efforts, process, and status of open requisitions
- Managing recruitment plan development and deployment
- Acting as a liaison with third party agencies, hiring managers, and potential candidates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least two (2) years of related recruiter experience
- Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A good understanding of the health care recruiting
- Experience performing full life cycle recruiting
- Extensive experience in recruiting, HR, or compliance
