Remote Healthcare Recruiter

Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment and hiring for the organization; including posting, reviewing, phone/Zoom screens, coordination of interviews, and conducting verbal and written offers
• Coordinate with hiring manager(s) to determine staffing needs and best recruiting process for position(s)
• Work closely with our Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition team to align on recruiting and hiring strategy

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to work independently, in partnership with a variety of stakeholders, and with and across functional project teams
