Job Summary

A healthcare staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Recruiter in San Diego.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Partner with managers to evaluate, develop, and implement effective recruitment
• Build and maintain a network with community resources
• Conduct pre-screening interviews for hiring managers

Required Skills:

• Must be available to pick up equipment on Day 1 and conduct in-person and telephone Intake Meetings
• Must be knowledgeable of CA employment and wage and hour law
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Vision and PowerPoint
• Knowledge and experience in Applicant Tracking Systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business degree
• Must have a minimum of 40 wpm typing with a high level of accuracy
