Job Summary

A healthcare provider has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Refunds Representative in Antioch.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing documents for scanning
• Researching credit balances to determine if refund is needed for payer or patient
• Moving unapplied/misapplied money and following process for issuing refund

Qualifications for this position include:

• General understanding of ICD9 and CPT coding
• 3 years experience with insurance billing requirements and account follow-up procedures
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
