Job Summary

A health service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Reporting and Analytics Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading tasks and resources for analysis/development for Risk Adjustment Financial Analytics Reporting
  • Developing enterprise and departmental business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting solutions
  • Communicating technical solutions to non-technical end-users

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • 7+ years of experiences as a Business Intelligence Lead/Developer with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
  • 5+ Years of Risk Adjustment/HCC Analytics knowledge base
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing and developing analysts as well as senior staff
  • Ability to consume CMS/Government Reference files and integrate within data infrastructure
  • Proven experience in database development in T-SQL, Performance Tuning, stored procedure creation
