Job Summary

A healthcare research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Research Team Onboarding Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Introduce the remote team to the new model of clinical research
  • Provide remote training on EDC, EMR, and various other systems
  • Break down the process changes and the significance of each with the new team member

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years as an HR generalist, onboarding Coordinator, or product success Coordinator
  • Excellent Excel skills with proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to interact effectively with clinical professionals and business partners
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and a diverse workload
