Job Summary

A revenue cycle management company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Revenue Cycle Account Recovery Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Updating billing software with rate changes
• Updating cash spreadsheets, and running collection reports
• Translating medical code when necessary

Qualifications for this position include:

• Medical billing and medical coding experience required
• Experience with timely and successful appeals to insurance companies
• Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle or hospital/physician/lab billing office or UB-04 billing experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing/collection practices
• Able to read and interpret insurance explanation of benefits (EOBs)
