Job Summary

A claims company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Revenue Cycle Credentialing Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Monitor application progress and submission deadlines for credentialing or re-credentialing
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures
• Track expirations to ensure timely renewals

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior account receivables, or other related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, college courses or certificate
• Medical billing and medical coding experience required
• Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle or hospital/physician/lab billing office or UB-04 billing experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing/collection practices
