Job Summary

A healthcare finance and revenue cycle provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Revenue Recovery Representative in Charlotte.

Must be able to:

• Secure payment on the identified revenue outlined by the Revenue Recovery Team
• Maintain an understanding of how the uncovered revenue was identified and contract specifications
• Exercise judgement on assigned accounts and develop a strategy to secure payment

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years experience in healthcare insurance, hospital preferred but will consider physician
• Keen understanding of the revenue cycle and opportunity for uncollected revenue
• Excellent Verbal skills
• Adaptability to changing procedures and growing environment
• An internal drive to succeed and pride in their accomplishments
